Geoflotte, established in 2008 and owned by i2b SPA, provides real-time fleet management and vehicle geolocation solutions. Despite its strong market presence and a client base of over 5,000 daily users, the company’s website was outdated, slow, and poorly optimized for search engines—ranking almost exclusively on its brand name and limiting online visibility and lead generation.

This project focused on a complete website redesign paired with a robust SEO and content strategy to improve performance, increase organic traffic, and turn the website into a key revenue-generating channel.

Responsibilities & Execution
  • Led a full website redesign using a modern, content-driven structure to better showcase company profile and services
  • Improved website performance by optimizing images and graphics to reduce loading times
  • Implemented a quotation request form to drive lead conversion
  • Added and structured a blog section to support ongoing content marketing and SEO growth
  • Integrated the fleet management platform with the website, requiring all subscribers to access the web solution through the site
