Knowledge Transfer Event (KTE)

Led end-to-end marketing and execution of Cimsoft’s flagship Knowledge Transfer Event across four in-person conferences in Toronto and Montreal (2024–2025).
Owned strategy, promotion, sponsorships, marketing automation, vendor management, and on-site lead capture for a niche B2B industrial audience.

Responsibilities & Execution
  • Planned and executed two large-scale conferences per year across multiple cities
  • Owned the event promotion strategy across email, LinkedIn organic, and paid media
  • Built event landing pages and registration flows using Pardot and Salesforce
  • Designed and executed full email lifecycle campaigns (teaser → launch → last call...etc)
  • Created promotional video content using footage from previous editions
  • Managed all vendor relationships including venues, printers, AV, and event technology providers
  • Developed and ran a sponsorship program, covering pitch deck creation, outreach, contracts, and payments
  • Implemented on-site lead capture technology and ensured seamless CRM integration
  • Managed event swag sourcing and attendee experience elements
